So....I'm sure KOC will also have a much better idea on things come after the practice on Friday.....Lions first day in pads as well, same as Vikings. JMO, QB1 gets named on or by 8/12 so QB1 can get practice reps against the Ravens.

I agree. This week will separate who is ready and who is not. JJ needs to hit the ground running and take control. Only shot he has. If I were to bet, I think reps will be in favor of Murray by about 70/30. Especially after Saturday.
Ive been adamant they need to name Qb1 no later than right b4 Ravens Scrimmage.
That now seems too far away - about 2 weeks (8/19-8/20). Those are way too valuable of reps getting halved for either of em.
