Its a tough throw because its hard to gauge if you've never tossed from a pitcher's mound. The mound is elevated, for starters, and the desire to fire some heat is strong in the moment so shit can get wide, high and just a bit outside.  :p

The best bet is a more relaxed, 3/4th speed toss that starts a bit high and settles in.
