Mike Zimmer wasn’t being hyperbolic when he said Tuesday that the Minnesota Vikings defense is so far along they could have played a game last week.

At the same time I like how developed and steeped in Zimmer's philosophy the defense is now, maximizing that talented side of the football, I'm almost equally distressed on how ignored the offensive line has been in that time. I'm fine with the offensive skill players, but where it all begins and ends on the line is shaky. The weakest part of the team, unfortunately. Hopefully it can be mitigated.

The offense looked like crap 



#Vikings first-team offense had 34 total yards in three series.
