It isn't so much that Collinsworth is a Packer homer, he's just the master of hyperbole. Every player is fantastic and the next superstar. It's nauseating.
And NBC....save us the hokie shit like dressing like old time broadcasters/reporters from a bygone age, just call the damn games. Its why I can't watch 1 minute of pregame because of all the stupid fluff they do that rots my cerebral cortex. I know, I know....it's the 100th anniversary of the NFL (eye roll). I tune in at 8:19 pm on purpose to AVOID that crap.

i gained a little (think microbiology) respect for buck when he did that spot with all the new yorkers screaming shit at him... that was funny and he showed that he isnt a total dbag. now if somebody suggested to collinsworth that he wasnt loved by all I am pretty sure he would throw a temper tantrum that would rival any preschooler in the candy aisle and then immediately drop into a fetal position.
