With McKinnon out and Murray not practicing yet, he's getting valuable reps. One of the few times some minor injuries to other guys will help a rookie out longer term.

All things being equal, Cook is the class of the field...Murray's surgery and McKinnon being dinged is making it easy for Cook to run away and hide with the RB1 role...looking good in pass pro early with the advantage at the start of camp being with the D...giddy up...

I just hope Dalvin exhibits durability during his career. We need LM and McKinnon back too. They really need to see what they got in LM especially.

Yep - I get that the extra time is valuable for Cook, but it's pretty hard to be glad about ANY injuries. Murray definitely needs some time with the offense, and I still have some hope that McKinnon can become a weapon / role player.
