What's up with us only getting one early game and one late game?

What's up with us (Twin Cities market) only getting one early game and one late game?  Wouldn't it be better for the NFL to have an early and late game on both channels?  Also why did they cut away from the Chicago-Miami overtime game, when there was no game they were cutting away to.
