NFL Media reports that the Giants have agreed to send a 2028 seventh-round pick to the Ravens for defensive lineman C.J. Okoye.

Bills cut receiver Mecole Hardman, punter Mitch Wishnowsky

As the Bills pare down their roster from 90 to 53 players, they’re getting rid of a well-known veteran wide receiver and picking a winner in their punter competition.

Wide receiver Mecole Hardman is being released, according to Jeremy Fowler. Hardman, best known for scoring the game-winning touchdown for the Chiefs in overtime of Super Bowl LVIII, signed with the Bills late last season and caught a touchdown pass for them in their playoff loss to the Broncos. He will now be a free agent.

The Bills have also decided to cut veteran punter Mitch Wishnowsky, according to Tom Pelissero. Wishnowsky was in a training camp competition with seventh-round rookie Tommy Doman, and it appears that Doman has won.

There really shouldn't be too many surprises when the Vikings get down to 53, as the roster is pretty much set. I do however think there will be several moves made after cutdown as they look for more depth at several positions via waivers or trade.

I think we may see a couple of these picked up for PS but these look like easy 24 cuts.

Interesting to me was Bartholomew saw a lot more PT in a meaningless preseason game 3 over Yurosek...  I thought Bartholomew was going to be TE 3 as he is more of a down field threat than Yurosek.  Bredeson can play Hback and TE4 making it easier to try to get Yurosek to PS.

Cardinals trade RB Corey Kiner to Patriots for a 2028 seventh-round pick, according to Adam Schefter.

The Panthers are adding veteran linebacker, Bobby Okereke & waived 7 players

According to multiple reports, they have agreed to terms with Bobby Okereke. Okereke was released by the Giants in March.

The Panthers have not made the signing official yet, but they did announce that they have waived defensive tackle Kyon Barrs, wide receiver Elijah Cooks, running back Miles Davis, offensive tackle tackle Ryan Hayes, defensive tackle Tywone Malone, tight end Caden Prieskorn, and wide receiver Roc Taylor. They also released wide receiver Dan Chisena off of injured reserve.

According to a report from NFL Network, the Dolphins are trading QB Qwinn Ewers to the Jaguars.

The two teams will swap Day 3 draft picks in 2028 to complete the deal, ESPN’s Adam Schefter reports.

49ers Cut Adrian Martinez

The 49ers didn’t see much of Curtis Rourke in the preseason as he missed the final two games with fractured ribs. They saw enough of him, though, to keep him as their third quarterback.

The 49ers are releasing Adrian Martinez, Ian Rapoport of NFL Media reports, which leaves Rourke behind Brock Purdy and Mac Jones.
