Good to see some positive reporting on JJ McCarthy. You can tell he's worked this off-season and isn't taking this opportunity for granted.

Hopefully Kyler and JJ push each other to be the best versions of themselves and whoever wins the job, let's go have a season.

Loved reading that BFlo's been after Pierre for a while now. Also wasn't aware Pierre ranked as the #1 CB in the NFL last year in terms of PFF coverage grade. Murphy, Rodgers, Pierre, McGlothern, Demmings and last year's TC hero, Zemaiah Vaughn, is a pretty good group for the money.

That is a change. Good to see. Like I said earlier, the two media encounters are complete opposite of one another from last week with both QBs. Something was said. There was a lot of talk how Kyler was already up to speed. Understood the playbook already. Now he seems to be a bit behind. Basically, calling out that he has to split reps and it is hard to get up to speed with the offense. I am just kind of confused on what all that was about. Obviously was not true, at least at this point. I am sure Kyler will get caught up and all this will mean nothing.

People saying this was over. Kyler is already the starter. All hype was on Kyler and JJ being dragged down. He knew the playbook so well already. IDK. JJ just needs to continue to do what he is doing. If he loses the job, just back up Kyler like a professional and wait for his downfall. He will end games with his turnovers. Trust me.

There's Alec......and he's right, this was always going to go this way. And its fine as long as they name a QB1 at the right time. But its interesting that Kyler mentions reps when he knew this was how it was going to be. Just part of the deal.

Alec Lewis isn't exactly a JJ supporter. Anyone can cherry pick their stories that complement their opinions. Still remains that Kyler, at an early stage, is doing the same passive aggressive finger pointing he's always done in Arizona.
