Does make you wonder if they would have let this play out if he were a better player. He wasn't terrible, but in no way was he living up to his 1st round status.

And with UFA and Draft now over their only out is a trade. Just like Ragnow last summer, teams that lose starters in July are SOL

Doesn't look like a great investment. I thought too much of the kid. I mean, I still do but didn't think age would factor as much as it did. He is still the 2nd youngest QB in the NFL last year. So, I hope he can prove the upside. His winner mentality is a good thing to have. That gives me hope. I bought at the rising of him and that was stupid. It is hard to know when to invest in someone. 2025 was the first time I stayed clear away from QBs. I never bought a single card of any of them except one. Topps Chrome Jaxon Dart Blue Refractor Autograph. This year is a lot of the same. I won't even buy one.
