Well....not great if true. IF this is true, Vrabel might actually have to worry about his job. Long term, on-and-off again affair? Yeesh. Feel for the families IF TRUE. Now we know why he's going to counseling this Saturday, his team knew these new pictures were going to be leaked. Its all slimy.

I agree with Sticky. Right when this was looking likely to blow over for Vrabel, suddenly the temp got dialed way up on the water. He's probably still fine as of this moment but his job could be in jeopardy if more news comes out.

Sidenote- I read that if the Pats pick tonight then Vrabel talks to the media? If they trade back and pick tomorrow, he doesn't speak? Surely that's not true right. Because if so and they trade out of the first round, that's actually hilarious.

Pretty weak PR move that he is going to go to counseling and miss the draft Saturday. First of all, it is not like drug rehab, where you go to a treatment center. What is he doing a typical 50 minute therapy session? Either way, why Saturday? If it is that serious that he needs to miss the draft then why not immediately and miss Thursday and Friday? If not, he can start on Monday like most people would.

The PR rep who came up with this is really weak, so we are supposed to believe this is some big sacrifice he is making and punishment for his actions. He will attend the first two rounds and will then be on the phone for the entire day 3. Sounds like Robert Kraft orchestrated this BS,

When asked for comment on this latest story, the Patriots said they support Vrabel’s decision to seek counseling, as first reported by ESPN on Wednesday.

“The New England Patriots fully support Mike Vrabel’s decision to prioritize his family first, as well as his own well-being. Mike has been open with us about his commitment to being the best version of himself for his family, this team and our fans, and we respect the steps he is taking to follow through on that commitment,” the statement read.

“We are confident in the leadership and communication Mike has established with our personnel staff throughout this pre-draft process. While he will not be present at the facility on Saturday, we know the draft evaluations are complete and Eliot Wolf and his personnel staff are prepared to execute our draft as planned this weekend.”

I dont condone his behavior, I find it pretty repulsive myself, but I fail to see why he would, could, or should lose him job. There's probably 20000 people at every patriots home game that have cheated on their relationships.

Fidelity has become pretty uncommon and ita pretty hard for me to condemn this guy when I've got friends and family that I didnt disown for the same infractions. Imo its between him and his wife/family, and dont even see the point of it making headlines or being a story.

Honestly imo it lowers any "news" organization that is reporting on this to nothing more than tabloid level trash.

It's usually my take on these things too, although if he was offering her inside information in exchange, I could see where the organization may not like that.
