8 HC Openings Left (how would u rank em?)
Mine in order of desirability:
1). Bills
2). Baltimore
3). Steelers
4). Raiders (Mendoza, Jeanty, Crosby)
5). Titans
6). Brownies
7). Miami
8). Cardinals
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
I'd bet the Raiders want Kubiak to use the same kind of run-the-ball-and-play-defense model for Mendoza that he used for Darnold in Seattle. They have to rebuild that OL though.
last of the dominoes has fallen...

Seems the Cardinals are hiring Mike LaFleur, Matt's brother. With Baby Kubes headed for Vegas that rounds out the 10 replacements. That's gotta be a single season record for most coaches fired/hired.
No Black coaches hired...the shield isn't going to be happy.

Probably not, not after 8 hc openings...
Outside of BFlo, I couldn't tell you the black candidates who got passed over. And if I could name em? I wouldn't have an informed opinion on their upside as a coach.
There are 3 black head coaches in the NFL now:
Glenn
Ryans
Bowles
Some will say thats it?! Others will say thats about 10% of the coaching seats filled by people of color and be at peace with that. Not sure what the shield thinks?
I know I sleep better at night assured that the LaFleur bros are fully employed :)
