JJM Ankle
Sprain Per Schefter will miss Sunday game
They were taping him up a bunch near games end.
6 sacks will do that to a guy...Get ready for the guy is fragile tweets.
Lets go Wentz.
I'd like to win this one.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
Seems pretty odd, he did not seem affected by it at all during the game. Have to wonder if it is more performance and not injury related.
Don't see us winning with Wentz, would rather see Brosmer get a shot. A week ago the season had a lot of promise, now it seems like .500 season at best.

Offensive linemen Ryan Kelly and Justin Skule are in the concussion protocol
Running back Aaron Jones is likely to be out this week with a hamstring injury, O’Connell said.
Left tackle Christian Darrisaw has not yet returned from knee surgery last October.
The Vikings defense came into Sunday’s game with its own injury issues. Linebacker Blake Cashman (hamstring), outside linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel (concussion), cornerback Jeff Okudah (concussion) and safety Harrison Smith (illness) were out.

Last season the team was fortunate with injuries. The NFL gods are a fickle bunch.

Wow, thats a heck of a sprain, borderline high ankle sprain???
Probably not making the trip to Europe?
Gets to take care of new baby and swollen ankle.

This seems really odd with them being so definitive right away, usually you would hear them say we will see how he responds to treatment and at least keep the opponent guessing, but it seems like they want to go in another direction right now and want to take all the attention away from it as soon as possible.

It seems ridiculous to say that a team that lost its 3rd CB, its starting left tackle and both 1st and 3rd draft picks to either injury or death....is a team that was fortunate with injuries. But the Vikings did fare better than most teams in the injury department during the season.
hello darkness my old friend

Yeah, Monday morning and they are calling it 2-4 weeks already. They weren't taping a high ankle sprain last night, it was more on the arch.
This isn't the Vikings' year anyways...it's the build-up for the next year or year after. McCarthy will be pretty seasoned then, followed by a couple of good drafts and free agent signings...this is what I'm hoping for down the road.
I'm not happy with this but I would rather roll with Wrentham than rapier or Howell
To sum this up for next week as of today:
Addison - Suspension
Kelly - Concussion
Darrisaw - ACL recovery
Smith - illness
Van Ginkel - concussion
McCarthy - high ankle sprain
Skule - Concussion
Okudah - Concussion
Jones - Hamstring
Cashman - Hamstring
Greenard - oblique (questionable)
About right? Who am I missing?
