And now it looks like David Montgomery will be out for the rest of the year - MCL.

Just beat the Bears tonight. 1 game at a time. All of this future speculation will be rendered mute if they can't take care of business tonight. If they stay focused and take care of business tonight, I will look ahead to the next game. It's fun to look at the possibilities but I have too many scars, as a Vikings fan, to overlook the challenge they are facing tonight in this divisional matchup!

I have purple ptsd. I’m trying to keep my expectations low.
GB looked great last night. Seattle potentially lost Geno for our game. The Bears got nothing to lose. Then theres the juggernaut Lions.
It would be a wild ride if it all worked out. But I’m not getting excited and won’t until the clock hits 0 at the SB.

Even then I'd be looking for a yellow flag...Yes, I too am in the purple ptsd club.
December 26, 1976....The last NFCCG we won vs Rams (24/13) will do that to someone.

We talk about "so Vikings moments". It would be "so Lions" for them to lose out after dominating all season and end up a #6 seed.

This is TBD. If we both end up 15-2 it likely comes down to strength of wins / strength of overall schedule. But that is yet to be determined because Vikings and Eagles' future opponents still have games to play. But as of right now, the Vikings have a slight edge over the Eagles. Beating the Packers and Lions will improve our strength of wins even more.
If both teams win out, definitely Minnesota will take the #1 overall seed because their strength of schedule will be superior....playing the Packers and Lions will make it so. But that is a long way from right now obviously. Just glad to be in the mix as a fan!
