Vikings sign Tillery
The #Vikings are signing DT Jerry Tillery to a one-year deal worth up to $3.75 million, per source. A new home for the former first-round pick. pic.twitter.com/MOht4oI6x7

Depth for the DL room
Should help cover the huge loss of Dean Lowry… ;) B)

Got to see contract details but it looks like an overpay unless the majority is in incentives. Here is from a recent article:
Telesco's decision to release Tillery also shows that he knows when to move on from a mistake he feels that he has made, as he's now decided to move on from the same player two separate times after drafting that player in the first round, so much so that Telesco refused to give a relationship with Tillery a second try for even a second into the new league year of his first season as the Raiders' general manager.Failed high draft pick, Kwesi's stock in trade (problem when you think you are the smartest person in the room).
Where’s our resident Golden Domer homer…??? B)
fell out of favor but 68 Pff grade with 6 starts last year.

Odds are low his light will come on, but at worst he’s decent rotation at 5T. I think it's a better move than the Lowry signing last year. Still shaking my head over that one.Telesco's decision to release Tillery also shows that he knows when to move on from a mistake he feels that he has made, as he's now decided to move on from the same player two separate times after drafting that player in the first round, so much so that Telesco refused to give a relationship with Tillery a second try for even a second into the new league year of his first season as the Raiders' general manager.
This would look a lot better if they could land Armstead…!!! Kwazy was w/ the Niners for 4 of his years there I believe.
hes been really bad up until last year. Not sure what happened but according to PFF he performed dramatically better last year. I see why they’d give him a shot to see if he’s finally got it together. If he hasn’t, he doesn’t have to make the roster.
This makes yesterday's decision to bring back Bullard puzzling. Both of these players aren't going to make the team. One or the other.
On the bright side, signing Tillery won't figure into the comp pick formula. Despite losing both Kirko & Hunter, as of today we don't figure to receive a 2025 comp pick which is disheartening.
Was hoping for Risner or some other guard, but we do need bodies at DT.
Supa got wood...

And just like that Armstead goes to Jacksonville. 3 years 51 million
Also on Tillery, always thought his parents should have named him Art..
Tillery was quite a bit better last year than he'd been in San Diego. Maybe the Vikings are getting him on his way back to relevance. Not counting on it, but it happens sometimes. Pat Williams was just a guy until his 10th season.

If anyone can get the best out of him Flores can

Wonnum just signed a deal and KJ will likely get a decent deal yet so those two will probably negate Cashman and Van Ginkel. The rest of the guys we've signed are either our own FAs or guys who were cut that don't factor into the formula. This makes yesterday's decision to bring back Bullard puzzling. @"Wetlander" said:Kirk doesn't count for compensatory picks because of the void years that were on the end of his deal. Also I believe there's an age limit that Kirk exceeds as well.@"Knucklehead" said:This makes yesterday's decision to bring back Bullard puzzling. Both of these players aren't going to make the team.
