Golf TV ratings are always garbage and its even worse year over year.....yet here comes the money. I get it with LIV: its sports washing. This? Must be the 'merger' talks, lol. Its such a niche sport. And I say this as a golfer.

I would suggest you watch the Phoenix Open,  the crowd gets a little more Happy Gilmore and the gallery gets a little more visually friendly.

The PGA doesn't want or need the Kardashian light Paulina. What it needs is players to fill the Tiger/Phil rivalry void. Of course in retrospect those guys turned out to be more like Sammy Sosa and Mark McGwire. Peel back the onion a little and they turned out to be really weird and ugly people. Sooo...I. guess it's back to the lineup of faceless lawn jart champs, who think white pants, white belts, and highly flammable shirts are smart choices.
