Ugh, what a gag fest that was yesterday. The way Greg Olsen was slobbering over TS made me wonder if his wife would cut him off for a few months when he got home.

I watch the Chiefs games fairly frequently, but their off the field stuff from the likes of Patrick’s wife and brother and now the Kelce/Swift romance is pretty much gross.

She's great but yeah the fawning over her by old guys in the media is weird. Good for her and Kelce I say.

Great, but I don't need to see her on tv every time Kelce makes a play on the field. Hope they break up before the playoffs.

Agreed. Listen, I love TS, I think she's awesome.....but the creepy gagfest was so ridiculously over the top.

Never been a TS fan and it was really irritating seeing her so much. However I mute the games so I didn't hear the old guys fawning over her...thankfully so

Don't get the hype of TS either and would not be able to tell you one song.   But the parents of the youngins are paying like a grand for a ticket which is crazy.  I guess our economy is fine.

Aftermarket tickets at the shows near me were $2K+ for upper deck. She's huge. It was wild.

Her impact on local economies that hold her concerts is ridiculous. And very real.

" In June, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia mentioned Taylor Swift in its Beige Book, attributing the “strongest month for hotel revenue in Philadelphia since the onset of the pandemic” to her Eras Tour."

I have neighbors up the street that went twice (4 of them) and have the pics all over social media to prove it (my wife tells me I am not on social).  We complain about this next generation and then we buy about 5K in concert tickets.  We spoil our kids and then act shocked that our kids are spoiled and aren't willing to work for anything :)  We created a lot of this mess along with social media.  OK, Jumping off soap box!

Its just the truth. Parents created this. Kids don't want to get driver's licenses....yeah, no shit. Why would they when Mommy and Daddy are chauffeurs? Anywhere at anytime. Why work when the parents give them their credit cards? A friend of ours also had her daughter go see TS twice: once in Chicago and then 45 days later here locally in West Palm Beach. TWICE. And she's so spoiled and her Mom wonders why she doesn't appreciate anything. Riiiiiight.

p.s. It was Lana Del Ray, not Taylor Swift. Still applies.
