How concerned should we be about this guy's return to form?

Sounds like he should be good to go by September, but these things tend to linger, so I'm just happy the Vikings have unusually good depth at the position.
Not as concerned then we should be about the interior line still sucking.
The recovery should be fine, Achilles injuries aren't a death knell anymore. Biggest hurdle will be trusting it's not going to give out again. Everyone's different but some guys take longer to get over that mental hurdle.
I'm not going to be concerned until I hear anything to be concerned about. O'Neill is a hard working dude and I feel like he has got this
No reason to think he won't recover fully. Advancements with injuries like this are far better than 20 years ago.
