Or are you (and the Vikings) more inclined to go less expensive later in draft?

I just want the Vikings to be decisive on their QB situation.  Either keep Kirk here for the next couple years or go get a kid they love right now.  I don't want to straddle the fence anymore.

As I've said before, unless Willy Levis drops into the middle teens, the cost to move up is just too high. I'd rather they trade down for more day-two picks and take Hendon Hooker.

That would be a kind of Love/Hurts move. Hooker is a long shot, but I don't know that he's more of a long shot than Hurts or Love were, or even Young, who's tiny. All are/were gambles IMO. Young Hooker Love Hurts Willy. Just sayin...
