Looks like lots of leadership exiting out the door:
2022 Team Captains: four offensive captains – Kirk Cousins, Dalvin Cook, Brian O'Neill and Adam Thielen. Three defensive captains in Eric Kendricks, Harrison Smith and Patrick Peterson.

Maybe leadership but also highly paid aging vets.

I think they move Cook, restructure the Hitman, & re-sign Peterson. Of course I’m rarely right on these things…! ;) B)
