Better place would be in at US bank, but the Vikes never plan that far ahead at QB.

I don't think its about planning in this case, Minnesota doesn't have the draft power to move up unless they include next year's picks in a deal. Richardson is going to go top 10 for sure, IMO. Other teams will be interested and probably have more attractive comp packages to do so.
