OMG, needs to be a big fine to the player and the organization... Player should have known better since junior high football and the organization needs to coach up their players to refresh memories...

That should be a suspension. And a long one. From the sideline, he comes in and purposefully influences the play and the outcome of the game. If its just a fine, we'll be seeing more of it.
