Vikings scouts checking out Michigan v. Hawaii

Michigan has some studs on it. JJ McCarthy is an interesting player. 5 stars coming out of high school. Excellent athlete. Just needs more game reps, which he'll get this season now after being named the starter after yesterday's game full time. Just a sophomore, so won't be in next Spring's Draft class but a guy to keep an eye on if he keeps getting starting reps for 2 seasons.
Could be scouting Olu Oluwatimi, Mazzi Smith and even Erick All.
Wouldn't we always have scouts at most major college team's games?
