Season is over. Time to move on. Wilfs should be actively looking for possible gm and coaching replacements. At least putting a plan of expectations in place. No tampering, just preparing.

Hopefully, the Wilf will not look for a coach that has paid his dues like Childress and Zimmer.  I believe the Wilfs got suckered into hiring Childress.
