Punter Jeff Locke Already Got Cut
They didn't even wait til the final cut down, so he must have stunk the place up.
Colts cut him now to assure he would not be on the opening day roster, or they'd have to pay his entire $1M salary. As to is, he made $1.25M ($750k bonus and $500k guaranteed of his salary in year 1) to punt in practice and preseason games for 6 weeks.

so Jeff Locke, and Charles Johnson cut and these are guys that we've tried in the recent past to mind meld into being better than they are. Any others that have been cut from their squads?
Our fan base seems to love the players to bits so much that we don't recognize when a guy is just a guy. Don't get me wrong that is fantastic for our fans to give our players so much support. But I do think at times we inflate our players abilities to the point where it makes it easy on the front office to get away with lacking talent. And I mean on the starting lineup, never mind depth.
