What are you looking for in the 49 er game
me:
multiple targets to treadwell
alot of snaps for our backup D ends and 3 techs
a KR with some juice
adams to hold onto the damn ball
waynes to stay on the field without spraining something
As always, no injuries. That's all I really care about.
Effective run blocking. Successful runs by both Cook and Murray. Early, balanced touchdown drives by the offense. A defense that plays like the top 5 defense it should be. And above all, no injuries.

Id like to see a KR or PR really stand out. He doesnt really need to break it; just show some ability to read blocks and some speed, and hold on to the ball....
Id love to see Murray in there; be nice to see him in purple and get him some reps. Cook is walking away with his role...
I actually dont mind seeing some more of Keenum. He seems to have a lot of ability as a timing and rhythm QB, but when its off his arm looks very average. I'd like to see a little more of what he does. Can he create a rhythm or does he have to try and force some throws, and how does it go.
Id really like to see some of the bigger holes vs. The Run cleaned up. I'd like to see who emerges at LB behind Barr and Kendricks.
It all quickly melts down to just wanting to see a young guy make a play, be in position, or otherwise flash some translatable ability.
The obvious correct answer to this preseason question, thou, is:
"We better whoop their ass, 56 - 7!!!"
every game needs to show improvement in the offensive line that is all that i want to see.
A little bit of discretion in the KR Pr game---for all that is holy figure out when to return and when not to. Consistent oline play---last game was decent. and finally, grow a pair and throw it down field with some authority---we need to see some TDs
1. No injuries
2. First string offensive TD
3. Improved (or any) run defense
4. Yoohoo! LaQuon? You alive out there?
No injuries of course. Beyond that, I want to see at least one quality TD drive by the first team O. I want to see Reif in a LT and ideally also Murray taking a few handoffs to get the rust knocked off. I want to see an improvement in coverage and stopping the big runs. Treadwell at some point needs to show up for us. If it's not during this game, then when? I'd also like to see Heinicke get a shot with the 2's. Just so I can have and apples to apples argument in my head.
