What was your favorite Ryan Grigson moment?
He's gone......as in bub bye.
Doesn't matter to me, but some on the board seem to despise the dude, lol.

If you need and assistant to that position, please let me know.

How is this a triangle when Brez reports to Teasley on the organizational chart?

There isn't one. I think this is the most traditional the Wilfs have been with the Vikings to date. I am very happy to have it managed this way.
My favorite was probably The Notebook.. Didn't care for him in Barbie
I feel like people have way too many feelings about things that none of us know anything about.
Outside of the GM, who’s responsible for the performance of the organization and you can say it’s underperforming therefore he’s underperforming, I don’t know how you just go through things and assess whether or not a specific underling is underperforming.
I think we’re kind of at, “Old is bad, new is good” and “Grigson sucked for the colts 10 years ago so he must suck now” and that’s about the depth of things.

Truth...
Back in my corporate years, I recall if someone made a mistake (or 2) at work? That tended to carry forward with them a lot more than it probably should have.
I think the same is with fans and either players, GM's or owners too...Very little stock put into people grow from their mistakes and get better. Not all the time, but probably more often than they get credit for.
McCarthy, Grigson would certainly fall into this camp...
Maybe thats just human nature? Maybe it's just how enraged/stressed people are these days? On the prowl for reasons to get angry...
Who the hell knows???
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Fair enough, but was there something you saw from the Kwesi/Grigson years that sez he didn't suck? If we aren't privy to the success/failings of an underling, then what we know is, the org was failing in his realm, and he was let go.
Good enough for me.

I think the feeling for most was we hired a completely green GM who had virtually no experience for the job he was hired for. Grigson is a total failure in his only prior job as a decision maker and that's the veteran talent evaluator we brought in to be the voice of reason and experience for our green GM!? Like, really? It was literally the blind leading the blind. They proceeded to oversee some of the worst drafts in franchise history. Couldn't be happier to see them both sent packing.

It could just be coincidence that Grigson was in the building for a series of awful drafts with two teams. Or it could be Grigson. Let us know how it works out, Cleveland! 😃
