He's gone......as in bub bye.

Doesn't matter to me, but some on the board seem to despise the dude, lol.

It was my suspicion when Teasley hired other guys to be his assistants, that rather than fire Grigson and eat his contract they'd demote him and let him dangle. That way if he quit they wouldn't owe him anything. That's assuming that when he and Kwesi re-upped last year they both got long term deals.

My fave was when he and KAM said at the same time in last year's Draft video from the team that they were 'cooking with gas'...... 😅

If man could cook with the gas that comes out of his ass, that would be true.

ITs going to be VERY INTERESTING to see how the Vikings manage things going forward now...I'm excited and hopeful too

Agreed. When we were in the Twilight Zone governed by Kwesi, that was the world we lived in. A guy with no football background, and even though he brought Grigson in to back him up, in hindsight, the results were probably predictable. Analytics can only go so far.

I thought that Brez did a really good job with the draft this spring, obviously check back with me in three years to do an accurate post-mortem. Not flashy, but pretty solid, expecting all draftees to make the club and perhaps one UDFA.

As this is all shaking out in the front office, it was probably clear to Grigson as AGM that he was not invited/recruited to interview for the position, whereas Brez was. Writing on the wall right there....pretty sure he's been shopping for a new place to land in the NFL for the past 2-3 months.

Assuming that Brez stays on in his current role, I see the new "Triangle of Authority" (which shall never heretofore be referred as same), and all the other new hires as being much stronger than the front office under the Kwesi administration.

Please God, just one Lombardi before I die.

Kwesi, Grigson and pace......Sigh. I think I see the problem?

Wilfs have been slow learners but I honestly believe they got it right with recent moves. Onward!
