With no pick in the 4th taking an OT there was a wasted opportunity. We need a RB and C, to take a backup OT was so questionable.

When you factor trading Greenard for essentially what has the value of two 4ths, this draft has been so incredibly low in value. I think even Kwesi would have done better.

Count me as another one confused about the OT. Now there will be nothing but trash left at CB, RB, and C. I like the Orange pick because we so badly need talented bodies at IDL. I think the Vikings were blindsided by Logan Jones and Slaughter going 57 and 63.

The Draft is a thankless business. Fans are never happy. And when they ARE happy with a Draft initially, that class usually ends up sucking. But they never remember that part. Every KAM draft got very good 'grades' from the media 'experts'....how did that turn out in hindsight? Brez said it wasn't by design they went so much for D, but that's how their Board fell and they stayed true to it. Plan the work and work the plan.

Listen, this team has got to start hitting on Draft picks...period. I don't care if Greenard is here, there or anywhere....HIT THOSE PICKS and its all candy and nuts for Christmas. This pissing contest with rival fans over who won a trade or whatever is such fandom, lol. Silly. Brez already said it wasn't an ideal or optimal situation but they couldn't/wouldn't lock him down financially and needed to get something for him. Dallas Turner needs to step up. This thought that BFlo doesn't like big DTs.....really? Seems a misplaced notion now. I'd like a RB too but I also like AJ and Mason. Can't get everything in one Draft. They must love Brandel at center and if so, great with me. I'm not employed by the Vikings so I have to assume they know better.

It takes more than one year to dig out from the rubble KAM left behind. IMO this is a good start. The Vikings will be better in the trenches on both sides of the ball this year, good things happen from that foundation.

Several Cs and RBs left. Plus we’ve got tons of feelers out on potential UDFAs. Definitely going to be an emphasis on Cs who can move in order to play in Smith’s scheme. Want to pull a WR3. But, could that be a vet? Nuk, that you on the radar?

Hang in there bro, still some nice RB’s left on the board.

C is a long shot to me now, but Brandel and Jurgens both graded out league average last year so I think we are in decent shape.

I think Nuk might be done. WR3 is Felton for now...and anyone we take at this point will be taken lower than we took Felton. Guessing the RBs start going in the 4th. Had a dream last night that some team took Kaelon Black ahead of Coleman, Singleton, Johnson, et al. Woke up and thought was that a dream? Or did that really happen?

SF is really screwing the pooch.

I think Nuk might be done too, but a kick of the tires is warranted based on his history with Murray.

I watch a fair amount of college ball and spend probably way too much time evaluating players before the draft, so by the time it starts I am definitely way too invested in the draft and overly attached to certain players, which ends up leading to a lot of disappointment - a bad habit for sure! The biggest thing I want to see out of the draft is maximizing that precious draft capital so get disappointed when it seems like we are taking guys well before their consensus spot or not drafting positions of need like DB which it seems like we never emphasize.

I agree with you in the sense that as fans we really do not know anything with our limited knowledge and even the pro scouts can't ever predict how these players are going to pan out, so you really never know. Now let's go pick f'en Nick Singleton 😂

Darrisaw has missed 1/3 of his game since a rookie. If the Tackle they drafted can grow into a starter its 100% worth it.

I looked it up and Slater is tracking the same. Not that it makes me feel any better about it:

Based on his career with the Chargers from 2021 through the end of the 2025 season, Rashawn Slater has missed approximately 34% of his potential starts. While starting every game in 2021 and 2023, he missed most of 2022 and the entire 2025 season due to significant injuries.

There are a lot of holes to fill but they won't all get filled in 1 draft. They have their board and their process. High on the list of focus is the trenches. No doubt about it, they have to improve on OL and DL. in addition to qb, the OL and DL have to be upgraded. I know there is still concern at rb but there are still options left. Call me crazy, I really don't give a fuck but that OT in the 3rd is important. I love the NT as well. This is their first draft as the current configuration with Brez, here's hoping for the best

This is a good live draft tracker that allows you to see the "best available" at any position. Click "Best Available" and then select the position that you want to see.
