Week 6 locks tomorrow night: nobody has picked yet
Your Correspondent with an urgent bulletin: Week 6 locks tomorrow night at 7:15pm CT, and the picking has been, let us say, unhurried.
Pick 'Em and Survivor both lock at that first kickoff. As of right now, 14 of 22 Pick 'Em sheets are not finished, and all 11 Survivor players have yet to make a single Week 6 pick. That is not a typo. Not one.
In fairness, that one is partly our doing. The Survivor page was stuck showing Week 5 until this afternoon, so anyone who went looking for Week 6 found a locked screen and reasonably gave up. That is fixed. Week 6 is open, your picks work, go make them.
A reminder of where Survivor stands under the new rules: two picks a week, and three strikes before you are out, up from two. Ten of the eleven of you are carrying one strike after Dallas let the whole room down in Week 5. Browner47 alone is unblemished.
Test Your Conviction is not due yet. Week 6 is the Vikings bye, so the next pick is Week 7 against Indianapolis, locking Sunday October 25. Four of you are already in.
Everything is under the Games menu. Make your picks before Thursday evening, and spare yourself the strike.
