Time for the Trent Dilfer reminder
A reminder that 26 years ago, Trent Dilfer barely managed the Ravens offense to winning the Super Bowl in January, 2001.
His offensive stats definitely sucked.
Their regular season W/L was 11-5.
He was 12/25 for 183 yards and one TD (first quarter) in the Super Bowl.
But he rode the coattails of that dominant Ravens defense to a 34-7 shellacking of the Giants in the Super Bowl.
I have to think that the 2026 Vikings offense can do better.
As long as BFlo keeps his pedal to the metal, and Special Teams keeps it's remarkable, relatively mistake free play. Yeah this team has a chance.
So be careful throwing dirt and disappointment at this team...for the time being, they are 4-0, and undefeated in the division.
Just be 1-0 on Sunday.
Please God, just one Lombardi before I die.
