Did anyone else know this changed? It was always once a player declares for the draft, they forego anymore college eligibility.

The issue is they know none of those 'rules' would hold up in court, so......bottom line: can't stop someone from making a living.

Yep. And its not so much about 'throwing' a game they are mostly worried about, its the inside information you have that morning or even right up to game time to place bets instantly yourself OR send that timely info to other bettors for cash. Tons of value in that for hardcore bettors. Like Pete Rose did, he never bet against his team but as manager he had a ton of inside intel on his team and other teams around the league.
