Right…but when we’re 2-0 we’ll be talking about the kings of the North.

Have to play the games on your schedule. I really don't worry about this like some fans do. These are NFCN games.....if you want to be great, you win these games. If the team is as talented as some think, you win these games. I think there's also this feeling that we are standing on the platform of 9 wins and can only go much higher.....than win these games. Ain't rocket science. ✌️With the worst QB in the history of mankind, Minnesota should have beaten Chicago twice last year, the division winners. Expectations should be high for those who follow the division closely. Correct or am I missing something?

Just win. That's all they have to do. I'm highly anticipating this season starting. Shouldn't be any excuses.

Hopefully, but not necessarily. I think these Vikings are going to be a much better team in December than they are in September. After these two games, they play the Bucs, Dolphins and Saints. Hoping for a 2-0 start, but I think we're still ok with a split.

I think you have to want to beat your NFCN foes at home ideally. I'm sure you're right, 1-1 might be very palatable but obviously only if the wins keep coming later in the year. There's probably a decent number of teams that plan on being better in early November then they are the middle of September....won't just be the Vikings. But the NFC has some good teams.

Man, I'm so ready for Game 1.

But especially the Vikings, considering they have two rookie DL's likely starting and a QB who will still be learning the offense 8 weeks in (if'n he goes by Cousins timing).

I'll take 1-1 after the first two...

I think we're at some level of disadvantage earlier in the season with a new QB. At least until the paint dries.

The D is going to be our big stick. Maybe the running game steps up more than I am used to.

I think the running game is going to surprise us all. I sense that KOC is much more committed to it as well this year. Yeah, I know, we've been down this road before. The reason I think he might stick with it this year is that an effective ground game is going to be a force multiplier for Kyler Murray. Good running games help every QB, but especially dual threats.

At least we get to play our game in Chicago early, before the cold and when there is a chance the field is still decent.

I'd really love to see the offense play well early in Game 1 so the fans can start jacking up the place....its Packer Sunday so there'll be Cheeseheads in attendance. Get the home crowd stirred up right away and reap the benefits.

Funny he wouldn't get help in the run game and do that for the youngest QB in the league last year.

We're actually seeing a commitment to the run game in training camp. We've never seen that before during KOC's tenure.
