It’s Time

Dallas Turner and some of these young guys haven't been talked about enough with all the QB talk.

But if you believe what you hear from the national media folks like Albert Breer and the local guys... Dallas Turner has been a monster in training camp. I think we're in for a show this season with him and Gink creating havoc off the edges.

I love the way he closes. The last couple steps he seems to pounce like a jungle cat.

His sack against C. Williams where he basically did a pop up slide while getting low in his bend around the OT is a highlight that keeps running through my head.

I hardly watched him in college because, in my mind, there was no way he was getting past Atlanta. I’ll bet they regret their selection.

Agree 100%. I didn't think there was any way he would be available at that slot, the other thing I didn't realize at the time how young he was. Just still a kid. His body was not done maturing. You really look at that front 7 and man it has AMAZING potential to be the league's best. If Demmings is as advertised and the draft picks live up to their potential WOW! Look out.

This is why it was always the right move to trade Greenard. I thought Turner was the best defensive player in the draft and after a couple years learning the system and getting him into the right roll, it's time to put the league on notice. Expecting huge things this year from Dallas Turner

Turner is playing with confidence now and he knows he's The Man. Good things should happen.

Turner is an absolute stud. We were very fortunate for him to fall. All we needed was a team to make a bone headed decision to pass on the guy for a QB that has wet toilet paper for knees. Oh, wait... I believe that happened.

I forget that DT was soooo young when drafted...

I set the bar high: I really wanted him to develop into our own version of Micah Parsons.

Started to see strong signs last year and (hopefully) he continues to improve his power and football acumen to go with the speed he was blessed with.
