Teasley making some front office changes....
The Vikings are making front office changes, per sources.

Assistant GM Demitrius Washington is seeking other opportunities. Senior personnel executive Jamaal Stephenson, senior college executive Pat Roberts and pro scout Salli Clavelle won't return.https://t.co/ZicF6vDR1k
For those asking, my understanding is that this is the extent of the initial changes to the Vikings' front office under new GM Nolan Teasley. https://t.co/Xbttg6nmGA

Not an earth shattering redux, but it's too early for that if it happens at all.
The Asst GM isnt a surprise to me - Teasley was always going to want his handpicked guy (or gal?)
I was wondering if Stephens was going to make it or not...He's been with the Vikings for almost 25 years now.

EAGAN, Minn. — Recently hired Minnesota Vikings general manager Nolan Teasley is making changes to the front office, according to multiple league sources.
On Thursday, the Vikings parted ways with assistant general manager Demitrius Washington, senior personnel executive Jamaal Stephenson, assistant director of college scouting Pat Roberts and pro scout Salli Clavelle.
These moves signal a different approach from the route taken when the Vikings hired Kwesi Adofo-Mensah as their GM. At the time, the team preferred him to maintain the structure of the previous staff. Teasley also suggested in his introductory news conference that he wanted extensive time to evaluate what the Vikings currently have in their building.
“I haven’t been here to assess the people who are here,” Teasley said last week. “But I know there’s a lot of strong evaluators and a really strong football evaluation (team) in place. So, I would leave it at that.”
Stephenson and Roberts had both worked for the team for more than a decade. Stephenson joined the Vikings in 2002 as a college scout and eventually rose to director of college scouting in 2009. In 2021, he became the team’s co-director of player personnel. Meanwhile, Roberts was initially hired as a national scout before ascending to the assistant director of college scouting position in 2022.
Adofo-Mensah hired both Washington and Clavelle, two longtime San Francisco 49ers employees. Washington had emerged as a conduit between the front office and coaching staff in San Francisco, bringing running back fits to 49ers coach Kyle Shanahan. He approached the Vikings about pursuing other opportunities and was granted approval. Clavelle had been a college scout with the 49ers before the Vikings hired her in 2023.
These departures leave potential spots open for external hires. Teasley could add another assistant general manager, given that opposing teams don’t typically block candidates for positions with that title. Other June hires typically happen with football staffers whose contracts have recently ended.

Ryan Grigson enters his fourth season with the Minnesota Vikings in 2025 and first as an assistant general manager after being promoted to his current title in June of 2025. Originally joining the Vikings staff in a senior personnel role in February of 2022, Grigson was promoted to senior vice president of player personnel following the 2022 NFL Draft, spending three seasons in the role (2022-24).
New contract in May of 2025. I’m guessing it wasn’t for just one year. The Wilfs will be willing to eat the remaining contract.

Ryan Grigson is no longer with the Minnesota Vikings, as his contract was due to expire when the team parted ways with him and other front office executives during a restructuring. The reorganization occurred when new general manager Nolan Teasley reshaped the front office. ~ The New York Times.

Supa... He gone.

It's really like Christmas morning. Not only was the completely unqualified Kwesi finally shitcanned, but my #1 choice of GM candidates is hired as his replacement and it's topped off with a long overdue housecleaning of the scouting department which includes saying goodbye to the notoriously incompetent Ryan Grigson. It's almost like someone with common sense is finally running things around here. Wild...
Oh, and.....BOOM!!!

Yah, something isnt adding-up here .
I think Grigson is still with the team.

Some of the more senior staffers that remain under Teasley include assistant general manager Ryan Grigson, director of player personnel Ryan Monnens, director of college scouting Mike Sholitan, director of pro personnel Sam DeLuca, and assistant director of player personnel Chisom Opara.
Monnens and Sholitan have been with the Vikings for over 20 years. Grigson, a former general manager with the Colts, has an extensive background in scouting. DeLuca was an Adofo-Mensah hire and has been with the Vikings for just three years after spending ten years in Cleveland in pro scouting.

You’d think twitter would be on fire if this was true.

Based on what is publicly known right now, I would say Ryan Grigson is more likely than not to remain with the Vikings for at least the near future, though nobody outside the organization can say he's completely secure.
A few reasons:
When Nolan Teasley made his first significant front-office changes this week, several personnel executives were let go, but Grigson was not among them. He remained on the senior football staff while others were removed.
Grigson was promoted to Assistant General Manager only a year ago, indicating that ownership and football leadership valued him highly before Teasley's arrival.
Teasley appears to be making targeted changes rather than a complete purge. His public comments and the Vikings' statements emphasize continuity and collaboration while keeping a roster built to win now.
Ownership has given Teasley final authority over football operations, so if he eventually decides he wants a different structure, he has the power to make further changes.
The biggest question is whether Teasley eventually wants to install more executives from his Seattle network. New GMs often prefer trusted people they've worked with before. Some Vikings fans expected Grigson to be replaced for that reason, but so far Teasley has chosen to keep him.
My read: Grigson surviving the first round of cuts is a positive sign. If Teasley viewed him as a poor fit, he likely would have made that move immediately along with the other personnel changes. That doesn't guarantee Grigson is part of the long-term plan for years to come, but it suggests Teasley currently sees value in keeping him in the building.
For Vikings fans, the more interesting question may be whether Grigson's role remains influential in player acquisition decisions or gradually becomes less central as Teasley brings in more of his own personnel people over the next year or two. That will tell us much more about Grigson's long-term future than whether he remains employed this season.

Either way, there is nothing solid out there (as of today) that Grigson is no longer with the MN Vikings.

I think almost 100% he's still on the payroll.

I’ve yet to see a credible source that he’s gone.

I believe Ryan Grigson is still with the team. According to vikings.com (https://www.vikings.com/team/front-office-roster/), the three let go are no longer listed as employees of the front office, but Grigson is still listed as an Assistant GM.
I believe I read somewhere that Grigson was a Senior football consultant at Seattle for a year when Teasley was there. Teasley may be comfortable with Grigson, at least for a while during the transition.
