Before You Post a Help Request
We're happy to help with any issues you're having on VikeFans. To get you an answer as fast as possible, please include the following in your post:
- What you were trying to do — e.g. "I was trying to upload an avatar"
- What happened instead — e.g. "I got an error message" or "the page went blank"
- What device and browser you're using — e.g. "iPhone, Safari" or "Windows, Chrome"
- Any error message you saw — copy it exactly if you can
For account issues (can't log in, forgot password, wrong email address), you can use the Contact Support link in the navigation bar — no login required. You can also email us directly at support@vikefans.com and an admin will get back to you.
Check the How To's and Questions category first — your question may already be answered there.

Suspend User (3 days)
The user will be suspended for 3 days and will receive an email with the reason and information about how to appeal.
