Yes! This is precisely what I want. Picking 8th or picking 12th could absolutely make the difference in being able to pick up a Jeremiah Love, Arvell Reese, or one of these other elite prospects and picking whatever is left at 12. So yes, that's absolutely what I want in a failed season. I want the highest draft pick possible in every round because we need it. This roster needs to be restocked with young talent as we have zero depth and a likely plethora of holes to fill. Hopefully we have a different GM making those picks.

And its not news that the players are playing to win. Of course they are! That doesn't mean as fans we can't look at it big picture and see the benefit in losing out these last four games. It's really the only benefit we have as a fanbase looking towards the offseason.

Honestly if you're here, and want the Vikings to win a Super Bowl (before we all die) and have stupidly chosen to give your devotion to this team.....then you're a fan, tank or not.
