I didnt agree with all the takes, but it was good to hear none-the-less...

Wouldnt surprise me to see 2 or 3 off the KOC staff, it wont be kept intact.

Who knows what happens with front office???

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

I thought it was interesting they thought there's a real chance Flores doesn't return after his contract expires at the end of the year.

Front office changes are a must at this point

Yah, I'm 50/50 on BFlo returning...Honestly, his D's arent that off the charts anymore and I do luv me a 4/3 the most...But I better be careful what I ask for, cause there are a lot of bad DC's out there, we didnt get to see this D play from ahead and I cant handle another bad DC so soon. Plus I like Turners ascension in the system this season.

McCown? I guess your guess is as good as mine as to what quality of coach he is or isnt. I'm not convinced the kids ascension in Carolina is because Josh is gone? Another year of seasoning? New HC? All of the above?

Does he not get any credit for Kirko? Darnold? The few weeks the PAsstronaut flew?

Ingram isnt still isnt doing Kuper any favors and still haunts him. He and the ST coach are on thin ice...

One other thing...Theilen, I think there is more there than meets the eye or the press is reporting. Just a hunch and it didnt land right with me.

I'd prefer to keep Flores over OConnell at this point. Does Flores have all of the ideal pieces for his defense, no, but he makes it work at a functional level. The same cannot be said of KOC on his side of the ball. Also, as long as KOC is the coach, we'll be running a 3-4 because that's what he wants.

I'm done with McCown. The fact that two years in and we are still trying to tweak the mechanics of JJ McCarthy for him to complete a pass, tells me all I need to know. The fact that Bryce Young got better after McCown was fired is just another indictment on him.

Did you catch that last part on the Thielen trade? Thor had info that the trade for Thielen came from above Kwesi. I agree with Judd that a lots going to come out before the season ends and it's going to get ugly as people scramble to save their jobs

Wouldnt surprise me if the Wilfs pounded the table to bring the home-town boy back home...

Very reminiscent of 2010 and Moss - about the same outcome too unfortunately. Who the hell did KOC have cater the team lunches this year??

There's NFW I would take BFlo for hc now, not with his track record and especially in place of KOC. We'll just agree to disagree on that one.

I've listened to the first 2/3s of it and my primary bone of contention with the takes I've heard so far is the "youth movement" the team is supposed to shift towards during the rest of the season.

Sure that sounds great but the problem, as I mentioned a few days ago I'm pretty sure, is we have no young talent lol. Tai Felton and Jay Ward are the names these guys want to see more from. I mean okay, let's see, but I get the feeling it's a Kellen Mond situation for most of these fellas. I gotta think KAM is behind the scenes clamoring for any sort of bright spot he can point to in regards to his draft record-- If these guys could play, they'd be playing. I get the point the guys in the video are making and it's a good one, I'm just not sure how applicable it is to our roster. How about Max Brosmer? Anyone wanna see more of him?

Times are lean folks! It is and always has been, on the kid. Let's hope he can do something against Washington.

I was thinking more along the lines of retaining him as a defensive coordinator. Nobody will give him a head coaching job until the lawsuit is settled, but I'd certainly like to keep him on running the defense. If things play out as Judd mentioned and we have a new GM but the Wilfs keep KOC, he'll be on a very short leash and I think Flores probably knows that and doesn't want to get caught up in the wash. That's why they mentioned him making a lateral move as a DC for a new team. He'd certainly be in demand

I'd love to see what we have in some of these young guys like Felton and Jay Ward. I'd love to see less Hargrave/Allen and more Ingram-Dawkins. We need an honest evaluation on these players in real game situations and it either helps Kwesi, or helps seal his fate, but we need answers heading into next season. Unfortunately our idiot owners probably still think we are in playoff contention and would never let it happen

I agree with Thor about playing the younger guys to evaluation and for developmental. Especially positions where the veterans are not going to be with the team next year.

Good chuckle at 14:48 - 15:18.  Interesting take at 22:29.

I thought the Thielen trade was dumb in so many ways and felt at the time it probably was something the owners shoved down the GM's throat.  It had their special brand of football stupid written all over it.

I see Flores leaving for a lateral move as someone else mentioned.  I think he wants off the sinking ship.  Get ready for Brandon Staley at DC....gakk.

I'll not likely watch the vid, I am not a big fan of Nystrom and his constant slobbering over JJM.

From what I've seen online, there's a growing murmur of voices wanting BFlo to take over as HC...but, that's after a couple of games where our offense was fully absent.

It'd only take one game of Rodgers whiffing on coverage/tackles and the middle of the field being undefended to make those noises stop.

KOC, JJM, Flores...make a good plan, or you'll be following Kwesi....

I think it's 50/50 right now if KOC keeps his job with a lot riding on these last five games. So on the off chance he's gone (along with Kwesi) who are some names out there we should be looking at?

Note to the Wilfs; do not hire any coordinators who don't call their own plays and are only in the media's mouths because of the head coach...who does call the plays! This would be your second failed hire in that catagory along with Childress

I'll tell you the first guy I'd interview is Bill's OC Joe Brady. Actually calls the plays for the Bill's #2 ranked offense. James Cook has blossomed in the Brady offense and thirteen different players have scored TD's this year in an "everybody eats" attack. Also has the added benefit of being Jefferson's WR coach and passing game coordinator at LSU. If the goal was to make Jefferson happy again, you probably couldn't hire a better coach.

Why would Brady leave the Bills for here? And for a lateral?

My take is KOC will be coach next year even if they drop every single remaining game...The only question is who'll be on his staff and how long of a leash?

if he came here it wouldnt be a lateral move,  it would be to replace KOC.

No I'm talking about for the head coaching job. If we see more of the same that we saw in Seattle to round out the season (certainly possible), I'm not so sure KOC keeps his job

our next 3 games are against shit defenses

Redskins 31st
Cowboys 29th
Giants 30th

if he cant find a way to move the ball and put up points, even with a green QB,  against these teams,  then he should be shown the door.

Dallas has improved, but yeah this week against Washington and then the Giants is about as good as it gets for trying to get something going on offense
