OT: 24 years ago today
What seems like yesterday and a blink of an eye and so long ago at the same time. So many of us remember where we were that day. So many heroic people stepped up and did what they could in the midst of such an unimaginably horrific event. Survivors and those lost have children that have graduated college since then and gone on to many other milestones of life. That day changed so much forever. Never forget.
September 11, 2001, marked one of our nation’s darkest days. Few responded as bravely as New York City’s first responders.

That day, the @FDNY lost 343, @PANYNJ lost 37, NYPD lost 23, and many others continue to suffer from illnesses related to 9/11.
