Me neither.. However we rarely get the backstory. Was it purely a numbers game? Not good enough? or character issues.

Let's be real, character counts much less when you're a proven commodity at flash position. A UDFA whose never played a regular season game doesn't have the same luxury a guy like Addison does.

Color me Surprised. I suspect they'll try to sign him to the Practice Squad.

Also, not sure if he played special teams or not?  If not, the team will always factor that in on cutdown day.

Any chance Murphy clears waivers?

I was surprised as well. He seemed to be all over the field making plays. Im sure they are hoping he clears waivers but I think it’s possible, maybe even probable, that someone picks him up.

Undrafted rookie outside linebacker Chaz Chambliss is expected to be part of the #Vikings 53-man roster, sources tell @CBSSports.

In college, was a two-year starter at Georgia. Tied for the team lead in sacks last year with 6.5.

The coaches talked about his work on special teams.  That was likely the difference.

Bo Richter plays ST as well, so I guess that left Murphy out. Hope he makes it back to the PS but I'm expecting he gets poached.
