Update: They got a short extension to negotiate, so all is fine for the short term.

They got it done, official agreement between Fox Sports and YouTube TV. No way this wasn't going to happen before #1 Texas and #2 Ohio State tomorrow at noon, that would have been colossally dumb by both parties.
