The last time an NFC East team repeated as division winner was the Philadelphia Eagles, who won four consecutive titles from 2001 to 2004. 

Since then, no team in the NFC East has managed to win the division in back-to-back years, according to Yahoo Sports.

Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!

Wow, that does seem hard to believe, especially considering how good the Eagles have been recently.
