Vrabel is a decent HC, if they can hit on Maye they'll be an ascending franchise again in time. Need some more added talent.

Josh McDaniels and Ashton Grant will have a lot more to do with the development of Maye than Vrabel. If Maye is a good player, both of those guys will help him get there.
