More states are suing against the tariffs, the supply chain issues are getting louder (I still think the current ripples will become truly huge issues), it looks like everyone from the EU/UK to Canada to China and now South Korea are standing up to the orange stain.

It seems like, and this was completely forseeable, that if the US "leadership" wants to belittle/insult longtime allies...particularly trade allies...then typical rules no longer apply.

The sub thing is fake news.  The US doesn't make the smaller diesel sub class that Canada is looking for to replace their 40 year old fleet of 4 subs which were purchased second hand from the Brits. They sent an RFP to Korea, Japan, Sweden  Germany, France, Spain in November after announcing it in September of last year (before Trump was elected).  So..spare the faux outrage.  It's more nonsense from the leftist media to make something out of nothing and get the liberals all wound up. The UK Finance Minister says they expect a 0.3 percent contraction in their economy as a result of the tariffs.  Doesn't sound like a big windfall to me for the UK.
