Do the Eagles have an OL Whisperer?
There's one 1st rounder on that line. They have a 7th rounder starting at left tackle.
Mekhi Becton, a tackle called "the big ticket" was taken 11th overall by the Jets, where he was considered a massive bust. Signs with the Eagles for $5M last year, moved to guard, and was a big part of their success. Last month he parlayed that into a $20M deal with the Chargers.
Kenyon Green, a guard taken 15th overall by the Texans, was the lowest-ranked guard in the NFL in both 2022 and 2024. An obvious bust, he was traded to the Eagles for next to nothing. Can the Eagles OL coach turn Green into another Becton? I wouldn't bet against it.

Reminiscent of when GB was putting out all those good OL's anchored by Bakhtari.
Hurry-up Vikings, we ain't getting any younger!
I think you gotta give the coaching staff a ton of credit with the GM...Much as I dont like their HC personally (or fans) to Bulletin's point.

That LT is a 6-8 340 rugby player. What a transformation.

I think coaching and game plan make a huge difference. They have big grinders up front and are committed to the run. The light defense in response to the passing focus get worn down.
Yeah Stoutland seems to be regarded as one of the best position coaches in the league.
