This doesn't help a 2nd year QB....at all. Spent his whole rookie year learning an offense and now he'll need to learn a completely new one. Hey Josh, its a deal for sure, how big that is remains to be seen. Why do teams continue to do this? Is it the worse thing in the world? Of course not. But its a hinderance to making a substantial step forward in Year 2.
