2025 NFL Free Agency and Draft: RB
I don't see the Vikings adding a running back in free agency. There's just not much out there. Even if we bring back one or both of Jones and Akers, I think the Vikings will take a RB with one of their first two picks. From this list, I love Jeanty and Henderson. Unimpressed by Skattebo and Neal. With the depth of this class, there's probably going to be good backs still on the board after the draft. One sleeper I like right now is Montrell Johnson, Jr out of Florida.

To me this is the most underrated back in the draft. Has some Kyren Williams to him
UCF RB RJ Harvey had 145 inside zone carries to 6 wide zone. Don't see that big of a split very often.

Right? There are backs who can pass block, but I don't think I've seen anyone enjoy it as much as Henderson. You can see it in his body language.
RB's to Den & Raiders make a ton of sense...I'm not so sure about Chi anymore - unless Jeanty is there. He'd take a ton of heat off Caleb and they have a decent OL rebuilt this off-season.

Honestly, Chicago should go with Swift and Roschon Johnson and address other areas. Johnson was another guy I mocked nonstop. Fantastic pass blocker, sat behind Bijan at Texas. They’ve got a gem sitting on their bench.
Arizona RB Jacory Croskey-Merritt may have played in just one regular season game (due to eligibility concerns) and the Shrine Game but he shined in both, has a good season of tape from 2023 to watch and just ran a 4.45 and jumped 41" at the Big 12 Combine. He is not a secret.
