Listened to ESPN radio briefly this morning, Adam Schefter was on. Said he would not be at all surprised for teams to come sniffing for McCarthy as he'd be the top QB prospect in next Spring's Draft. Mentioned that Minnesota could expect to get a #1 pick plus more. Said he had zero idea if Minnesota would even entertain it, but that he fully expects the interest to be there for several teams.

Latest rumor is McCarthy is recovering 'extremely well' from surgery and he's passed some mobility benchmarks. He'll be good to go 100% for May OTAs....probably before that.

What seems so bizarro to me is that on the morning of March 13th, 2024, the Vikings QB room consisted of Nick Mullens. Today in our QB room, we have a 27-year-old Pro Bowl QB with franchise arm talent and tools, a 21-year-old QB with franchise arm talent at tools and another 27-year-old QB who bounced us from the playoffs two years ago...and Nick Mullens. Take a bow if you had any of that on your bingo card for 2024.
