This is what I was hoping for. The cerebral aspect of playing QB in the NFL is probably as or more important than the physical, athletic aspects. Remember how long it took for Cousins to get comfortable with KOC's offense? The first 8 games. If JJM has that part generally mastered in his head, I think his upside will be even better.
Vikings rookie QB JJ McCarthy is part of the team's traveling party for the first time, in Los Angeles for tonight's game against the Rams. It's a good sign for his rehab, which is progressing nicely.

Me too - I just wish it wasn't associated with surgery.
I think the more teams can emulate the Packers way of curating a qb the better. Say what you want about LaFleur, he brought Love along the right way and I think he's every bit the QB whisper KOC is.
Same family tree I guess.
