“The Vikings a decade ago played some of their best offensive football early in the season and then regressed. This year’s offense feels like it could be ascending after showing signs of life in a 23-13 win at New Orleans on Oct. 11. And while the Vikings had solid special teams and a very good defense in 2016, they have elite special teams this year and a championship-caliber defense.”

@RandBall
on how the 5-0 2026 Vikings differ from the 5-0 2016 squad that missed the playoffs.

The 2016 team were pretenders from the start. Easy to see they weren't going anywhere if they had made the playoffs.

The 2026 team appears to be the real deal and are the polar opposite. They are a team with potential beyond making the playoffs.

GOOD. True test of a potential champion is how they handle the toughest opponents in the league. https://t.co/yCR8xSwWVG

Logically this makes the Vikings the best team in the NFL. We don’t make the rules. https://t.co/O2qqk3x0wM

Vikings have the slowest "Pace of Play".

Is there a feasible player that you would like the Vikings to trade for prior to the deadline of November 10th?

We somehow need to get a little faster at safety it’s it’s gonna show up against better offenses

Vikings fans, our family just got a little bigger—all the way over in Scotland! 💜💛

These kids learned about American football today, and you KNOW I had to introduce them to the best team in the NFL—the Minnesota Vikings! 🏈 They’re smart, eager to learn, and picked up the game… pic.twitter.com/3cXN9nVoA9

Checking back on this during the Week 6 bye

✅ Brandel & depth holding up thru OL injuries
✅ Murray 3.25s time to throw (2nd in NFL)
✅ Run game improvements
✅ Kyler finding a rhythm, even w/o full WR corps
✅ Hockenson & Murray meshing
✅ Flores’ defense dominant, young DL 📈 https://t.co/0n1RVebAQi

The #Vikings are expected to be “really, really active” ahead of November 10th’s trade deadline, @alec_lewis mentioned via @KFAN1003.
