So.... who is going to sign Peterson?

mini camps and otas are over around the league and AD is still a free agent.   If you are a GM with need at RB would you give him a call knowing his limitations and production his last few years?

I have to say even if Cook and Murray werent able to go... I wouldnt bother with AD again.  his limited upside at his age and ability doesnt outweigh the limitations his game would put on an offense.  IMO its time for him to walk off into the sunset gracefully and not be that desperate guy that makes absurd claims every time a RB gets hurt or every offseason that he thinks he can still play at a pro level.
Why isn't Chuck Foreman in the Hall of Fame?

I'd like to see him break the top 10 in terms of yards which isn't too far away, but I also agree that this limitations probably limit his number of suitors.

I don't think there interest for a reason. One that everyone be he understands.

You said : "not be that desperate guy that makes absurd claims every time a RB gets hurt or every offseason that he thinks he can still play at a pro level".

Unfortunately I'm afraid he will be that guy. I'm a huge AD fan. Loved what he gave us when hoping he lit a team up was about all there was to hope for. Sadly though I see a future of pushups in the driveway all over this guy. He will not only embarrassing himself anymore. I think it will be an embarrassment to those of us who tried to defend him in spite of his often stupid comments and actions.
Just walk away with dignity... please. At least mine.

You're right he only needs like 80 yards for top 10. I was hoping when he went to New Orleans he would get 2 or 3 more years. Hoping he had couple 1000 yards more in him to crack top 5.  Top 10 is about all I think he could do.

The only team that should sign him is the Vikings....sign a one day contract...retire as a Viking...
He can wait for his HOF induction and his place in the Vikings Ring of Honor...
Its time AD for you to start enjoying retirement...
